The speed of innovation has never been faster, but the questions we face as a society are more complex than ever. How do we create value in our world without harming resources? What role does artificial intelligence play in shaping human decision-making? How does the next generation adapt to a system in business created by and for previous generations?

The first issue of The Eagle Exchange was written in an attempt to answer those questions.

Inside, our editors have examined the rise of environmentally friendly companies and the recent push towards circular economies, which focus on sustainable practices that are not just branding schemes. Additionally, we explore cryptocurrency, the use of generative AI, and the stocks shaping the next market cycle.

We also bring businesses closer to our community by discussing two PCDS student-run ventures that prove innovation doesn't require a corner office; it begins with passion and execution. In an exclusive interview with Jeb Terry, the CEO of COSM, we take a closer look at what it means to lead in an industry constantly emerging.

The Eagle Exchange is not just a high school-led publication but a perspective. It gives readers a chance to explore the questions we are asking, conversations we are igniting, and the future we are preparing as the next generation to lead.

We are excited to share our work with you.
